Covid Secure

We want to take a moment to reassure our customers that we operate a Covid safe policy. The food Safety Authority states ‘There is currently no evidence that food is a source of Covid-19 and it is very unlikely that it can be transmitted through the consumption of food’.

All food preparation areas and equipment are sanitised using an approved sanitiser conforming to BS EN 14476 both before, during and after the preparation of food.

All collections will be conducted with staff wearing appropriate face masks and disposable gloves whilst safely maintaining social distancing.

Delivery

We dispatch our brownies on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Any orders placed after 3pm the day before these dispatch days, will be added to following dispatch day. For example:

An order placed on Tuesday at 11am will be added to Wednesday’s dispatch date.

An order placed on Tuesday at 4pm will be added to Friday’s dispatch date.

Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will added to the following Wednesday’s dispatch date.

Due to being at the mercy of outside logistic companies, we cannot guarantee a date in which your products will arrive. We use Royal Mail First Class Signed For (1-3 business days) and DPD 48 hour delivery (2 business days), you can select your preferred delivery method and will be given a tracking number to follow your products journey.

Please allow up to 7 business days before contacting us, due to the current climate, there are expected delays across the board. We appreciate everyone is working hard to keep the world moving as safely as possible. We promise your brownies are in safe hands and will be worth the wait.

Our brownies are available across the United Kingdom. We are currently not available for delivery to Europe.

Collection

  • Collections - Monday – Friday – 10am – 8pm
  • We don’t currently offer weekend collection

You can select your chosen date and time of collection at checkout using the calendar.

Once you’ve arrived at the collection pick up address, please remain in your car and message the contact number given, with your name and order number. If you could then have a window or door open, someone will come out to you, in PPE, to place your brownies safely in your car. You can then drive off into the sunset to enjoy the box of dreams that awaits you!

Allergens and dietary requirements

All of our brownies have their allergens highlighted to ensure everyone enjoys our desserts safely. Currently, we cannot safely offer Gluten free options. As the business continues to grow, this is definitely something we are hoping to provide. We also state that we cannot guarantee any of our products to be nut free as we have nuts in our building. All of our brownies are Halal (unless stated). If they contain alcohol, it is highlighted in the ingredients list.

All of our desserts have a little V logo within the product information to show they’re vegetarian. If this image isn’t present, the brownies will not be suitable for vegetarians as they may contain gelatine or other products derived from animals.
